Tower Heist is a comedy, directed by Brett Ratner, running at 104 minutes.
Ben Stiller and Eddie Murphy lead an all-star cast in Tower Heist, which follows hard-working employees who are looking for revenge because the man they invested their retirement money with stole their money.
Josh Kovacs (Ben Stiller), a manager of a central park condominium was fired because he destroyed Arthur Shaw’s (Alan Alda) car because he stole everyone’s money. Kovac, in turn, decides to come up with a plan to steal it back.
One problem, though, is that Arthur Shaw is now the number one criminal in New York, who is on house arrest till he gets a court date. Shaw’s pent house is guarded by two FBI agents and cameras all though out. However Kovac is not a crook. He seeks out to get a real crook help do the job, Slide (Eddie Murphy).
Overall, Tower Heist is a movie that succeeds in being funny and is very enjoyable, so long as you don’t look too hard at the plot and all the plot holes.
