Some footage was taken by a witness at the scene of the incident, and it shows people getting hit by cars, fighting one another, and Fodor using pepper spray in either self defense, or in defense of someone else. Fodor even alerted the people around him to call 911, while he attempted to stop the fight.
This is not the first fight Phoenix Jones has seen, and if he has anything to say about it, it won't be his last. He and a group of other freelance vigilantes have been patrolling Seattle, breaking up fights and informing police of crimes in progress. The group of costumed crusaders go by the name “Rain City Superheroes Movement”, and all of them have their own secret identities, which remain unknown. That is, unless you get in trouble with the law, like Fodor did. This revelation of his identity could prove dangerous to him if he continues his costumed escapades.
Fodor will appear in court on Thursday, October 13, to stand trial. Whether he is innocent or not is up to the jury to decide.
