The interviews were conducted in the board room of the Virtual Enterprise classroom in the classic style where the applicant would go in, dressed formerly of course, and then answer to whatever questions the interviewer(s) had for him or her. Whether the applicant was applying for CEO or a mere associative position everyone had to go through the process of creating resume, cover letter and going through an interview in formal attire. The interviewers were people who ranged from the school faculty such as Mr. Schmidt, Mrs. Hayes, Mr. Hancock, Mrs. Kahawaii and Mr. Milchiker himself to past Virtual Enterprise students such as CEO of Sanatorious, Lisa Mai.
Going into the interviews most, if not all the students were starting to get a stomach full of butterflies. Marco Paz, a CFO contestant, stated, "I was very nervous at first, a lot was going through my mind and then I saw Mrs. Hays and Mr. Hancock and that really calmed me." However as most applicants discovered, the interview was not as mind bashing as the interrogation they thought it was going to be. Jennifer Melendez, another CFO contestant, said, "I was expecting to be drilled, I was expecting a lot more. It was interesting because I was actually ready at school before my interviewers came." Coming out of the interviews applicants tended to be well minded as they usually said things such as "it went faster than expected" or "he is actually a nice guy".

Unfortunately as not everyone will receive the position they want there will be some anger, one statement which sums up the attitude of the large chunk of the people whom were interviewed was, "My whole schedule revolves around this class, I hope I get a position that is worth my time." In the end when all was done there was nothing left but to wait for the day, which is scheduled to be Monday the 24th or Tuesday the 25th, where the list will be posted upon the wall with everybody and their positions on it
